Namespace PHPStan\Turbo

What a pcntl_fork()ed child needs from the turbo extension. With the extension active (TurboExtensionEnabler::isActive()), the native class replaces this one.

Activates the phpstan_turbo extension's shadowing classes.

Locates the distributed turbo extension binary matching the current runtime so it can be loaded via -d extension= — into spawned worker processes (ProcessHelper), or into the restarted main process (the turbo row of PHPStan\Process\Restart\ExtensionRegistry) whose pcntl_fork()ed workers then inherit it.

Kept for programs that load PHPStan's phar and restart into PHPStan Turbo themselves, Rector for example. PHPStan's own bin/phpstan calls RestartManager directly.

Thrown by a method only the active turbo extension implements.
